How We're Different

One of the most important ways that the Base Commerce Partner Portal differs from tools offered by other providers is the availability of partner-level tokens. This simplifies interactions for customers who make payments to multiple merchants under one partner. Our solution also provides you the ability to create applications, send them to merchants, and monitor progress throughout the underwriting process. In addition, you can log into a merchant account in reporting mode to see what the merchant sees.

The Partner Portal includes a built-in support ticket generation function that allows merchants to open and track tickets. The feature also allows partners to open and track tickets on behalf of their merchants. In addition, the Partner Portal provides real-time push notifications for data synchronization and to help ensure that partner software is kept in sync with the Base Commerce solution. A development reference library is available as well.
